Delete your Mazad account

You can delete your Mazad account and the personal data associated with it at any time.

From the app (fastest)

Open Mazad → Account → Settings → Delete Account → confirm. Your account and personal data are scheduled for permanent deletion.

Without the app

Email [email protected] from the email address on your account (or include your registered phone number) with the subject “Delete my account”, and we will process the deletion.

What happens to your data

What is deleted: your profile (name, email, phone), saved addresses, posts, stories, messages, favorites, and wallet data.

What we may retain: records of completed orders and payments for the period required by tax and commerce law, after which they are erased.
